I definitely liked the shampoo, it didn't dry out my hair and my hair was silky and soft even without using any conditioner. It also adds some shine to the hair. But there are two main things the product can improve upon. First is the amount of lather it produces. I always have to wash my hair at least twice with this product when I have oiled my hair. You can work on it, but don't do it by compromising on the natural ingredients. Otherwise there would be no point in buying this shampoo if it just uses the harmful chemicals which other shampoos use. Another is you can make the fragrance more pleasant. Or bring out another variant of the shampoo with a different fragrance. I didn't really love how my hair smelled after using this product. But overall this product was nice and I'm happy with it :)
